Q: Does the download process happen twice?
A: Yes, but the second process doesn’t use your internet data. Please keep the page open until the second process is complete.

Q: The file doesn’t save even though the download shows 100%?
A: This may be due to browser compatibility issues. We recommend using Google Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.
Please avoid using browsers in "data saving", "lite", or VPN/proxy modes, as these are not fully supported.

Q: Can downloads be resumed?
A: Yes! You can safely close the download page and resume it later without losing progress. (Note: This applies only to the first process — see the first FAQ)

Q: The file won’t download and just says "Starting download..."?
A: First, check your internet connection. Also, make sure the Telegram app is running properly on your desktop or mobile, and that it’s accessible in your country.

Q: How much storage can I use?
A: There’s no limit! You can use as much storage as you need.

Q: Can I upload a single file larger than 2GB or 4GB?
A: Yes, you can upload individual files up to 10GB in size.

Q: Do the generated URLs expire?
A: No, the URLs do not expire.
